Buddy Referral Bonus Terms

1. The "referrer" is the person who is already a Poker Host client. The "referred friend" is the person who receives the invitation to join Poker Host from the existing player.

2. In order to qualify, the referrer must be an existing Poker Host player with a real money account to which the $25 or $51 will be credited to once the referred friend successfully opens the account and makes an initial deposit of $25 minimum.

3. The referrer needs to contact Customer Service in order to get the bonus deposited to his/her poker account.

4. The referred friend must not have an existing Poker Host account. People are permitted to have only one account.

5. Multiple accounts registered and/or accessed from a single computer and/ or IP are not eligible to enter this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt this means this invitation must not be sent to members of the referrer's household or people who access Poker Host using the same IP address and/or computer as the referrer.

6. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the referrer accumulates 675 Loyalty points for $25 bonus or 1380 Loyalty Points for $51 bonus.

7. Any attempt to abuse the spirit of this promotion will result in the abuser's account being suspended. The bonus will be forfeited if the people involved in this promotion (referrer or referred friend) get implicated in any type of fraudulent activity. Poker Host management decisions in regards to this matter are final.

8. Poker Host reserves the right at any time to change or amend these terms and conditions for this promotion with or without notice. As a referrer, you are solely responsible for familiarizing yourself with all the details and contents of these terms and conditions.

9. Poker Host reserves the right to modify, terminate or discontinue this promotion at any time with or without notice.

10. Poker Host will withhold payment of anyone who appears to abuse or misuse this system.

11. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Poker Host Terms and Conditions of Use.

12. Refer-A-Thon promotion award must be kept in the account for a period not less than 15 natural days from the date it is credited.
