• 8:30PM - 10:30PM Dinner / Awards Ceremony * Prize pool is based on 150 participants. Prize pool will increase by $10,000 for every 25 additional participants over 150. Winners of prizes are responsible for communicating to WPT Boot Camp which event they would like their buy-in sent to within 30 days prior to event start date. Expenses for packages will be paid 30 days prior to chosen events. Winners may substitute prizes. Example $15,000 prize for a $10,000 Tournament Buy-in and a $5,000 Tournament Buy-in. Winners will be sent expense checks and will be responsible for arranging their own transportation and lodging. They must also confirm their buy-in with Casino and communicate back to WPT Boot Camp if there is a discrepancy. You must be 21 years or older to participate. Prizes are not transferable. First Prize in the Season Pass Tournament is for Ten WPT $10,000 buy-ins totaling $100,000. First Prize money can be combined for a larger event. Example: using one and a half buy-ins for a $15,000 buy-in tournament. The total awarded for first prize in the main season pass tournament will not exceed $100,000. All Winners have 3 years to use their prizes. Winners will be responsible for applicable taxes. See Terms and Conditions for Cancellation policy. There is a $500 penalty if a participant must cancel their reservation. Reservations can only be canceled on or prior to November 2nd, 2007. After November 2nd, 2007 cancellation will no longer be accepted. A participant may transfer their reservation prior to November 21st at 5pm est. All transfers are subject to a $200 Transfer-Fee. No refunds or partial-refund will be given for participants who don't arrive to event or arrive late.
Flights
Round Trip Air travel from Miami or Fort Lauderdale into Nassau is on a space available basis. Participants will only be able to choose from available flights at the time of their reservation. Participants that signup late will only be able to choose from those flights that are still available. All reservation taken after November 15th at 5pm est will no longer include air travel from Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Participants will be responsible for arranging their own airlines travel. There will be no partial refund or credit given for participants not needing this option or for participants reserving after November 15th, 2007 when air travel is no longer included.
Guest Package
Guest Package includes everything that is included in standard package with the exceptions of tournaments buy-ins and hotel room.
